26. August 2010Recently, a person who read my personal review of fat loss 4 idiots asked me whether it is possible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days with this diet. As it seems that a lot of people are anxious to lose 10 pounds (for some reason 10 is a common number) in the shortest time possible, I decided to write this article to answer that question.
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet states that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. In my experience, that is a bit of an exaggeration on the part of the creators of this diet. While some people do succeed in achieving this rate of weight loss, I’d say that the average weight loss is under 9 pounds but is only 7-8 pounds in 11 days. Of course, this depends on how overweight the person using FatLoss4Idiots was to begin with and how well did he or she follow the diet. So, on average, we’re a little short of the 10 pounds mark.
So, on average, people don’t lose 10 pounds in 10 days with FatLoss4Idiots. But is it possible? The answer is that it’s very difficult but it is possible. In fact, I recently received an email from a woman who lost 10 pounds in her first 11 days with Fat Loss 4 Idiots. So if she’d only done a little extra work, she could have lost that much in one day less. I’m not saying that this weight loss is common, only that it’s not unheard of.
Is it easy? No it’s not. Fat Loss 4 Idiots wasn’t designed to produce this weight loss rate. It provides an excellent starting point, but if you want to succeed in losing 10 pounds in 10 days, you’ll have to do a little bit extra.
You should take 3 steps in order to have any chance of losing 10 pounds in 10 days with Fat Loss 4 Idiots:
1. Follow the menu exactly. You get a menu with this diet. Don’t add to or detract anything from it.
2. The diet specifies that you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Many people fail to do so and harm their fat loss rate. Don’t be one of those people.
3. Fat Loss 4 Idiots advises taking a brisk walk once in a while. If you want to lose 10 pounds in 10 days, you’ll have to make a daily habit of it. Take a 60-90 minute power walk each day.
If you follow these 3 steps than you have a good chance of losing 10 pounds in 10 days with Fat Loss 4 Idiots. It won’t be easy, but it’s worth a shot.
